We currently use a custom coded website to manage our customers. We would like to use a CMS software to upgrade our website to.

Joomla, Wordpress or a similar software seems ideal.

We use multiple domains, but we would like to use one database to manage our contacts. We need to be able to search/filter customers, web-based messaging and email, book appointments, collect user information.
