I am looking to collect energy data in either XML or CSV format and then displaying on a PHP/MySQL website (linux box).

The project will start out by pulling the data and keeping it in a database. I have access to all of the data and am the admin for the site.

The code will need to be modular, open-source, and handle high volume.

Users will need to register to view there 'site'.
