Looking for an experienced joomla template developer/designer with excellent Joomla skills. You need to either customise a very nice template (rockettheme kinetic or similar) or build one from cloning one of the existing web site. 

website will use 3-4 different page layouts, home page layout, an other 2-3 page layouts. top menu, right and footer menu and  there will be on-line application form integration as well.
