We are looking to build a web based application that will convert various file formats into flash.  The files will have some security, encryption and various options.  

There minimal design to this project we are looking for a robust and fast conversion of the file.  The files must be converted in vector format and scanned for hyperlinks.  

You must be a developer/programmer not a designers.
