We need a company portal website with Home page, About Us, Contact Us, Blog and Services pages (keeping space for Testimonials section).  The company is an internet marketing company that will service local businesses for all their internet marketing needs.

We would like the Wordpress platform used to be as the primary platform.  If it's necessary to use custom code for the home page, please explain in your bid.
