Web site with database backend.  Static Website.  You can use standard template from Microsoft or Dreamweaver and I will give you the graphics theme later.   Database search feature of 10,000 records to start.  Simple template front end.  Website pages consist of

1.       Landing page, 2.Contact page, 3.) company info, Customer Log in, About us, .  The function of this static site is to give basic info and allow our customers to log in and search a database.  The database can be provided to you in CSV, tab delimited, comma, etc. 

2.       I will need supervisor rights to assign user names and log in

3.       Eventually the site will need a purchase option for clients to buy a user name and log in to search our database.

4.       There will be ongoing work associated with this project but to start all I need is basic, simple site to allow access to our database

5.       Search fields will be name, address, IP address, dollar amount, style of merchandise, city , state.  Approx 10 fields to start.
