We are looking to have a module developed that will integrate our Joomla website with an existing vendor interface based on the api documentation listed here: http://www.varphonex.com/download/SOA_Documentation_v0.14.pdf

The requirements are as follows:
- Integrate the Joomla Sign-up process to store new user information and create an account on the vendor site
- Integrate the account financial (renewal and package) information so it is controlled by the Joomla Site
- Allow the customer to make payments on their account through our online store and 2checkout.com
- allow all functionality available through the vendor's api as if it was our own
