I would like to start up a holiday rentals site, in which registred users (home owners, they pay a yearly fee to be registred with the option for extras, etc) can upload their homes or apartments to the site.

I need to have a cms sytem to manage if needed all info and homes.

The system need to manage thousands of properties. The site is open to homeowners over the whole world, ideally the homepage will give you the option to choose your destination (geographically) ...

Also it will have to offer the possibility to show info pages, adds, searchbox (location and time) and move advanced search options.

I am open to several solutions.
