Revitopia is looking for a design to its new website which consists of vBulletin 4 and MediaWiki. Revitopia is a website network of Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Building owners in the Building Industry. Industry leaders goto this site to share standards around a new building documentation software technology. You will be working on a server that is not ‘actively’ hosting Revitopia yet.

The site is composed of two platforms with single sign-on, so design will need to be on:
• vBulletin 4.0.2
• MediaWiki 1.15.1

Both vBulletin and Media Wiki must match in their design feel.

These are the requirements for the design:
• Bullets & buttons
• Emotion Icons
• 12 Avatar Icons(Named Generically)
• 4 updates on approved design
• 100% satisfaction guarantee
• Must be tested on browsers
• Must work on Internet Explorer 5, 6, 7 and 8, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera.
• Complete Psd files of the header, buttons, icons
• Must be made for fluid width
• The color choice must be similar to the Revitopia Logo(Dark grey, black, Secondary Violet, white)
• Full rights to the design turned over to Revitopia
• You MUST be able to implement your design onto the existing site.
