I want a simple application or program which can port my objective type questions and answers in my iPhone mobile having four answer options always.
It should be totally just like a mind playing game with full enjoyment.
Read the question and select one answer option then go ahead for next question.
At the same time I also want the following things should be included in this software or application.

1. Arranged in a type of single question having four answer options.
2. Time slots should be there.
3. Number of questions attempted/appeared.
4. Number of questions left.
5. Instruction option.
6. PgeUp/PprUp.
7. PgeDwn/PprUp.
8. Previous
9. Next
10.Total number of question

Note :
The most important thing is GUI Design.
As its working should be smooth & fine just like iPhone Application,
equally GUI design must be eye seizing.

I don't want all these things to be visible everytime except "question no., question, ans & ans options"
Whenever I touch any previously decided area of my mobile screen, a pop-up screen should comes out
similarly just like a sea waves and in that the above described information should be there
I want these information should comes out from three parts of mobile
1. Right End,
2. Upper side and at last from the
3. down side.

Note :
