I need design and xhtml coding for the project to process videos.
This site will be in russian language, therefore, please, bid only if you can speak russian.

I need:

Logotype work

2 top headers:
- one for the index page
- smaller one for the other pages

6 big graphics with description, something like here: http://www.encoding.com

xhtml Coding of 4-5 pages:
- index page
- some text page
- page with html forms (signup form)
- page of the client area with tables and stats
- may one more different text page

In text pages you should define (in css) elements like "ul", "li", "p" and others, so I can use them later.

My budget for this project - not more then $400.
But, if you think that you can make it better, but your work will cost more, I will be glad to hear your proposal.
