- Design a On Page Load Shadowbox Modal Window with a Coupon image and simple form to register
- Form must be sent via adf format
- Modal window only loads once per browser session and work in all browsers
- coupon image is an editable png file that i can change as needed in the future
- print coupon function that displays the 'First Name' 'Last Name' fields
- Must be designed to load on top of Flash Elements on the page (Alread have z index set to 0 and wmode to transparent)
