Build the back-end of a videochat website.

Some website functionalities will be similar to chatroulette.com :
- videoconversations through webcam, online chat...
- "next" button allocates a random person to speak with

Some additional functionalities will include :
- registration process, by direct account creation on website, or through Facebook connect
- possibility to remember people one has spoken to and add them to favorites

Based on your initial proposals, I'll pre-select a few potential contractors for this project who will receive additional information.


****** YOUR DELIVERABLES

- a fully functioning website set up on my hosting company server (the project does not stop when I've tested your deliverable on your servers, it stops when the website is live on my servers)
- the website design (front-end) will be delivered to you : you are not responsible for designing it.
- you will have to integrate your back-end with the front-end I'll give you.


****** EXPECTATIONS

I need highly professional work for this project. If I select you, upon starting the project, I'll expect that you quickly communicate to me a detailed work-plan, detailing your deliverables week per week. We'll validate it before the project starts.

You'll then be expected to :
- rigorously follow the work-plan and provide me with weekly status reports.If you're not sure about your ability to make a work-plan, follow it and communicate on your progress, don't apply to this project.
- properly document your work and your code
- transfer all intellectual property and source code for your work to me at the end of the project
