This project is for designers who are highly experienced and know what they are doing. Good feedback is an added advantage.

Project: A CMS portal that auto sends Ad based sports alerts to its members via sms and email.

The most important aspect of this website, besides the automated delivery of alerts, is the interface and the look of the site. The site has to have a Web 2.0 look which is unique and fresh, and the navigation has to be simple and user friendly.

We expect mobile users too hence a mobile version of the site would be designed too.

Before designing and programming, the designer needs to understand exactly what im looking for, and then deliver.

A detailed outline will be shared with the winner, post signing an NDA. Sms gateway, logo, url, hosting will all be provided.

Designer must be willing to do revisions in case something is not satisfactory.

Payment terms:

PAYMENT WILL REMAIN IN ESCROW UNTIL COMPLETION. In order to avoid blocking of funds payment will be made in a phased manor:
1) 25% will be transferred once template is approved
2) 25% upon completion of all design aspect.
3) 50% upon completion on designers server.

Escrow will be released once testing is done, and website is setup onto the client's server.

Completion Period: We're looking to finish the project in 15-45 days max. If more time is required, that can be accommodated however once a date is committed, designer must stick by it.

Please bear in mind that whats mentioned above is just a brief. The actual project involves a lot of nitty grittys so please bid accordingly. I do not want designers bidding, viewing the project details, and then saying its too much work.

Again, i repeat, if you're no good at the template designing part, please do not bid.
