I an in urgent need of an expert flash/flex coder who can take over an existing project which is about 70% complete. The coder must have expert knowledge of Flash Animation coding and should be a 100% self-starter. I have a list of fixes to be made and those need to be made within the next 48 hours. The ideal candidate will need to be accessible via IM during this period.

There is potential for a lot more work on the existing project and new projects as I am looking for a reliable flash/flex developer for a long term relation.
