Can  you  help accomplish  the below implementation?  

  Basically  what  we  intend on accomplishing  is to  become a CDN  Operator/Owner by building Content Delivery Network service provider for high bandwidth static content, audio and video streaming and distribution. conjunction  with  our traditional webhosting services using CDN Software.  However,  we will  prefer to use  a  cPanel /Plesk/Hosting Controller*   webhosting application  to provision all the available services and packages  including,  but not limited to the CDN  operator services.
