As you know a lot of organizations have a small problem (with employees who use pcs at work) using social networks (facebook, etc.), wasting working time at work chatting with friends and at the end of the month still coming for their paycheck, usually employees are not paid for the actual efficient working time, but just for the normal working shifts, so automatically an organization loses money. So the idea is of making a front end and a back end software, which will record when the pc is not idle, everything would be recorded as a flash video as such, then the video (or a couple of videos if the video is too big) would be sent to the archive to the server. So when the employer or administrator or a manager wants to see what work was done by the person (tracked by ip, for each pc obviously), manager can easily access the server archive and check the date which he wants to see and he could potentially see what was done by that person for the whole time when the person was at work. In other words, I was thinking of making a surveillance system for the company's pcs.
