Location based service mobile application for iPhone, Blackberry and other platforms

The application should be able:
-To accept xml-based information from our website (user generated info).
-To view this information on a graph with location and geo targeting service.
-To enable mobile users to interact with this information (rate, share etc).
-Further functionalities could be added.
