We are looking for a small team which has both designers and developers, preferably from Chennai.

Th team should have consistent proven track record of delivering websites and web apps in following technologies:

1. Magento: Strong expertise which includes module development, customization, theme integration etc
2. Joomla 1.5: Should have technical exposure to various modules, components etc.
3. Word Press: Should have worked with various plugins. WP MU and Buddy Press knowledge is preferred
4. Drupal, OSCommcre, CRELoaded, PrestaShop etc
5. ASP, .Net, DNN
6. Flash websites, FLASH CMS websites
8. IPhone, Black Berry websites and Mobile Apps, Facebook Apps
9. Designing package softwares like Adobe, Flex, 2D/3D
10. Designers should be VERY CREATIVE and INNOVATIVE, with a knowledge of latest trends in web designing.HTMLs should be DIV, CSS based, no tables. XHTML, JQuery knowledge is must.

Note: Should be able deliver stand alone themes for above technologies.

Important Points:
1. The team should be very responsible for delivery and penalty clause will be there for delay in delivery without any proper prior notification and/or acceptable reasons for the delivery.
2. NDA, SLA should be signed
3. Should be flexible with us and our client
4. For now, we are looking for fee-per-project basis.
