We are a car wash equiment company. We are looking for a web developer to create for us a web based system that would be a series of forms and documents and statistical analysis program summed up in a dashboard type view. Very similar to google docs, but tailored to our industry and more using forms, and databases. Thousands of independent car wash businesses could logon to this system (which would be on our website) and they would have an account. After logging into their account they could access their company data and enter new data and forms. There may be a need to two security levels, managment and employee access. We would also want to take some of their data, and compute it and return back to them a comparison to industry average. For instance they would enter their electrical usage every day and it would report back analysis of cost per car and their usage benchmarked against other databases in the system. We're talking about a complex managment system here, thousands of potential clients. We'll be offering all as a free service to our customers. Also some abilities to customize the system or at least turn features on and off. Here is a list of the categories and functions we would want to have as seperate segments or forms in the software. Again all would be summed up on a dashboard screen. Also we'd want to be able to print and possibly auto email site summary reports like onstar. End of the month the owner gets emailed a report from each sites statistics. Each "company" may have several "sites" and then seperate security rights "manager" "employee".
