I need to build a basic, nice looking website with a simple shopping cart system and the option for me to manually add new products to it and update the page. I would like for it to be in English plus the "About Us, "Products" and "Contact Us" only.

The website would be to sell high end jewerly pcs ideally consisting of 3 Phases:

Phase 1: Creation of the Design ( I have the domain, logo & pictures of the products already)
Phase 2: Creation of the webpage without the shopping cart part
Phase 3: Creation of the shopping part

After 1&2 are finished, we will work further to set a simple shopping cart system (only with PayPal).
Please note this would be a very basic website with the tool to shop online via PayPal.

We are also looking forward to have a long term relationship in case there's any further upgrading to the page in the future.
