Please review and let me know a cost to modify the template. I ADDED THE TEMPLATE PICTURE WITH SOME MODIFICATIONS NEEDED.

I need template modification, graphics changed, different color scheme, logo created, affiliate companies added and website functionality to match a website below.

I have a mageneto template from Templatemonster: http://cms.template-help.com/magento_26973/

I would like the template modified to have the same functionality as this website: http://www.shopforcharitynow.com/

I want to add a "My Stores" option so people can just go to their page, log in, and see just the stores they are interested in. The templatemonster template http://cms.template-help.com/magento_26973/ that I purchased has something like that already. It's called "My Wishlist" and it should just need the name of it changed to My Stores.

When someone clicks on one of the stores below and makes a purchase I will receive a percentage of their purchase.

Color Scheme:
If you go to http://www.colorschemer.com/schemes/tags/earthy and scroll down until you see the schemes "The Impressionists Pride" and "Earthy Green" you can see what I want

Graphics: If you view the screenshot above you will see the large picture that I don't want. If you don't do any that's fine, but I would love a graphically designed picture for that area.
