I need an online system that can let me design and manage on line data from surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews. The data collected by the system in this three platforms can be: text, sound, image, video, list, variables (numeric, nominal, scalar, etc.) and also is requiere in teh case of focus groups and in-depth interviews the possibility of webcam interaction.

I want a system to manage (view results, view number of visitors, view text transcriptions of the focus and interviews, view databases, view videos, images and sounds as responses. Also I want the capability to create different type of users (adminis, editor, commentator, etc.), with different privileges. Also to create a system to send and receive email surveys or links to surveys. The systems must have a data base structure that can handle all sort of data types, and the capacity to manage all the aspect of the research system. The solution must have spanish, portuguese and english language options for display of information. The system must be flexible in the sense that I can make changes without the developer assistance.

We must have access to source code of the system. We like a system based on html 4 & 5, php, xml, etc. Very important to incorporate the possiblity of exporting the results to MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Acces. The survey must accept all kind of questions: multiple response, single response, open ended questions, hotspot response for image, ETC.
