1. Live Broadcasting
:: Intensive live broadcasting where they can be 20 or more live shows at a time.
:: Develop way to record Live Broadcasts as they happen
:: Develop programming codes, standards and technical instructions as to how members connect with our server for their broadcasts.

2. OnDemand
:: Convert 660M – 1.5G files for video streaming
:: Convert Live Broadcast to Ondemand

3. Video uploads and conversion from and to site modules

4. Ecommerce
:: Setup server so once right files or connection to right broadcast are selected once payment is made
:: Codeigniter experience needed here


VIDEO AND AUDIO STREAMING REQUIREMENTS
1. Red5, FFMPEG, Codeignter, Linux dedicated server (think about Handbake, phpMotion)
2. Protocols to be supported: RTMP, RTMPT, RTMPS, RTMPE, RTMPTE, RTMFP
3. Audio Streaming FLV, MP3, HE-AAC, F4A, M4A
4. Recording: H.264/AAC to FLV container, H.264/AAC to MP4 (Quicktime) container, FLV, VP6
5. Stream in flash (.FLV) / H.264 and deliver 1920x1080 at 7-8 Mbps or better with top notch quality

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Setup up firewalls and other measures to prevent hacking into server.
2. All uploaded files need to be run through a virus checker.
