I need a PHP developer with MODx CMS experience to incorporate a design for a small to mid-sized website. In addition, there needs to be a mobile website created that uses the same content from the traditional website but is more streamlined for viewing on iPhone, BB, Android.

I need all deliverables in 4 weeks.
