We want a site created to look and function and content to be very very similar to www.bidhere(dot com) or www.quibids(dot com).

Requirments:
- We need to see three different color scheme's and photo options.
- Prior project reference's and rating's will be a very big factor in awarding this project.
- No auto replies to this project will be considered or accepted. Include "Penny Auction 10-18-10" in your reply to this project to confirm that you personally read this project post. You can copy each of these points in your reply to respond to each of these points if you prefer.
- Include a detailed description of your time line to complete this project (start to finish). What day do you expect to complete this project?
- Include references to prior completed projects (large and small) and similar projects that you have completed.
- Identify all of the software that will be required to use to complete this project.
- We need you to provide a dashboard to allow us to make complete edits to the site i.e. add, delete, remove content. Add, edit, or remove tabs, links, or pages. Add, edit, or remove Photo's and / or Flash. Note: we have CS4 and Photo Shop. What other software would be required to create and design this site to model after www.bidhere(dot com) or www.quibids(dot com)?
