I am looking for a Joomla developer to make me a bet site which my main goal will be the SEO to be working from the beginning and to be slowly on the first pages on Google so I can have the ability to increase traffic and visitors on this site.

Site needs to be simple and effective for all users easy and advanced.

Also needs to be in 2 languages at least Greek (main language) and English(second language).

site needs to be similar like

doesn't needed to be the same but close to those sites and if its available to based on one of the following templates:

as i described before my main concern will be the SEO to work right and to be fixed from the begining without having problems afterwards.
