Looking for an experienced developer to create a HTML/JS based mobile interface for an existing website.

The successful applicant would be taking the existing website, a text based PHP game at http://www.eternalduel.com/, and designing and implementing a branch of the code which can then be released as an iOS/android web application. This should simply involve rewriting the CSS and HTML of dynamic pages that do not work well in a mobile environment. Some pages needing complete interface changes may require strong PHP skills to edit.

Many existing web pages within the game can be reused with little modification in the web app branch of the code, but some may require a new HTML interface to look/work well on a mobile device. Please review the website as thoroughly as possible before submitting a bid.

This project requires user friendly CSS/PHP/HTML design and development skills as well as awareness of some of the potential code libraries available for iOS/Android web apps which could speed up development time.

Please at minimum include examples of past work and a design overview for how you believe the mobile device version of this website could be achieved. Depending on bid quality, we are open to reviewing the budget limitations on the project, so we ask that you submit as realistic a bid as possible. There is no timeframe limitation on how long the project may take to implement, and we do not expect more than a very rough estimate at this initial stage.
