I am looking to do a redesign of my Canadian mortgage site. This would include a new logo, and a fresh Web 2.0 look for the site. I've been thinking that going with a customized Wordpress template would be a good way to keep costs down as it eliminates a lot of the background work. (Not being a web designer tell me if I'm wrong!)

- The sites main audience is seniors (age 60+)
- Design must be very clean with minimal clutter; easy to follow navigation
- Ability for users to adjust typesize
- I am currently at the bottom of Page 1 on Google for certain search terms, I would like to get to #1! SEO is VERY important

- New logo that I can use to brand the site and myself
- Include an active blog that I can add to on a regular basis
- I can provide stock photos
