Our company requires a brand new website with elements of Flash-style content, but not exclusively Flash.
We are an entertainment-based company so the site must be fun, colorful and fresh.
Overall, it must strike a balance between being fun and professional - not "corporate".

Excellent design skills are essential, with the site having depth through layered backgrounds, drop shadows, etc.
Some content will be supplied via existing marketing collateral.
Video content will be included on the site.
The site will be 30-35 pages and must have CMS capabilities to add/change content.
Search Engine Submission & Optimization is required.
No e-commerce required.

Our logo also needs to be updated with a small amount of re-design - keeping the same basic structure.
Different options will need to be designed for selection and refinement.

The selected designer must have very high attention to detail and be able to provide examples of previous work similar to the above requirements.
