Need to write Player/Recorder application for Android and BlackBerry. The functionality approximately are:

Player(Android)
1. It's possible to use a standard audio player class MediaPlayer for playing, seeking, and so on.
2. Need equalizer
3. Opportunity to read/write m3u, pls play lists.
4. Opportunity to set bookmarks.
5. Opportunity to browse a file tree in order to pick up the audio files.



Recorder(Android)
1. Need to write a PCM stream format using AudioRecord
2. Others supported formats for the concrete phone(in this case may using MediaRecorder class)

For BlackBerry the functionality are the same.
Could you please estimate the cost of the project and how much need time too.
