"Access to Your Local drink specials for less then the price of a beer"

I would like to create an application for users to submit drink and food specials for their local pub/bar/restaurant. App needs maps for locating the venue and other nearby venues.
Submission of photos is optional for approval of a submitted deal.
Each submitted venue needs to have the date it was verified and other users can either "verify" or mark as "no longer valid".

Must be visually appealing and logo needs to be created (displays whilst app loads).

iPhone necessary, possibly Android too. App needs to be submitted to App Store and updates needed IF any bugs are reported.

The database information storage will need to be sourced and I need to be advised prior to app being made.
