I am looking for programers that can write a "connect the dots" children's game solution.

The solution will involve:
1. App for IOS and Android.
2. App will include ability to download custom "connect the dot" pictures.
3. App will include free "connect the dot" pictures and enable upgrading to pro version.
2. Website for developing "connect the dots" pictures in formats understandable for the IOS and Android app.


Legal:

1) I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future).
2) Developer will sign confidentiality contract
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.
4) All deliverables will be considered 'work made for hire' under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
