Convert an excel based programme into an iPhone application.

The programme aims to provide someone looking to buy a new home with a complete picture of their affordability (ie. whether they can afford to buy a property). Therefore, the user must input their personal income and expense details, the characteristics of the borrowing they are about to undertake (ie. home cost, deposit required, percentage rate on their borrowing, potential legal and bank fees) and expected ongoing costs (such as strata fees or council rates). The final output is graphical, whereby the users net savings or shortfall is shown along with a percentage of costs to income.

In order to build this, you will need the formulas associated with each calculation. This is available in a spreadsheet that I have already built. There are some additional features such as allowing the user to be flexible with their input (ie. a user can insert pre or post tax income and the input can be input using fortnightly, monthly, quarterly annual frequency). These features mean that there are some complexities in teh calculation but nothing onerous.
