We are a Melbourne based I.T & Telecommunications services company. Our website is extremely old and needs upgrading immididately. Our current website is hosted on a Joomla 1.0 installation.

Our requirements are the following -

1) We need you to design a elegent, classy and business-savvy website template for our organisation. The requirements will be given to you in detail after you win the job. We will also provide you with our logo's and current lot of flash images to intigrate into this new template.

2) Once the new website template is ready and according to our specifications, We will need you to intigrate this into a new Joomla 1.5 installation.

3) We need you to copy the static content pages (including the images) that are currently on our website on to a new website.

4) We will need you to design a flash banner for the header of the site.

In your bid/response to us, please send us links to 3 or 4 of the best designed templates you have done.

This job will be awarded not to the cheapest bid, but to the person/organisation that has designed the best web templates. If you have designed website templates for I.T or Telecommunications companies, that would be an added bonus and we would like to see these templates.

Also, only bid if you are contactable by phone and can speak fluent and clear ENGLISH. Most of the requirements will be sent to you via Skype and email, but we need you to be contactable so that we can send you future modifications/changes to the site. If you are based in Australia, that would be an added bonus.
