We are looking to develop an App which does the following:

The proposed App works in a similar way to FatBooth. We want the App to work in the following way:

1. A photograph is taken.
2. The image is resized but we would like certain parts of the image to remain the same (i.e. to use the FatBooth example, the face is squeezed but the eyes remain the same size).
3. Once the image is resized, the user can fine-tune the picture by moving those unaltered parts of the image (e.g. the eyes) as they wish.
4. As in FatBooth, the finished image can be saved, emailed and sent to Twitter & Facebook.

We would like:

1. the App to work on iphone and Android (and as many other platforms as possible subject to cost considerations at this stage – other platforms could be added later on).
2. a developer who has developed apps successfully before (if possible something similar)
