Looking for a flash/flex developer to make carousel gallery for images and plays youtube and vimeo videos.

The style should be same as safari browser history style. Please see attached.

No compromise in quality. It should be fully xml driven.

We know all market places, so plz do not copy code or gallery from somewhere else. You should start it from scratch.
