Complete Joomla Membership Website (Please read the ENTIRE description before bidding)


Currently running Joomla 1.6 on our server with a forum installed. We need a completed site that includes:


High profile web design with premium graphics, site cannot look cheap. Flash banner on the main page, with a nice clean and clear member login and password box. Graphics must be premium, and site must look very detailed and professional. No disappointments! Please send over all recent work and graphic designs, sorry no cheap website laborer company's need apply. Must have excellent English and be able to communicate properly. Spelling is of the utmost importance to me as well. Text must be clear and crisp.
Site will have a splash screen with a disclaimer that the user must agree to prior to going to the main page.
Extensions on the site will include:

Forum Module
Blog Module (Admin and Users)
3 levels of Membership (Free, Year, Lifetime) (Payment integration and CMS access control)
Monthly drawing with picture of item, users obtain credits and credits are used for the drawing, admin will be able to click choose random winner, and a winner will be chosen and displayed in the module.
Each member on the site should be able to have their own page
Questionnaire module that is custom that will ask them specific questions and this form will save the data and be able to be accessed by admin and affiliate levels
Like us on facebook and twitter buttons in the design work

Please submit previous design experience. Its not too much work for the setup as we already have Joomla and ftp access along with our forum up and going. We will have lots of additional work and things to be implemented into the system as we go along.
