I need a VB.Net 3.5 developer to set up Q2 Telerik RAD Scheduler, much the way it exists on this page:

This solution will run in a secure area with create-read-update-delete functionality. It will also run on my clients' public websites in read-only mode. The solution will be used for many clients. Each client schedule data source will be an xml file. The add/update/delete functionality must be to this xml file. Each client will have a folder to store the xml - it will be accessed dynamically as some Server.Mappath location.
The day-week-month choices are required. The reoccurrence feature is very important and it must work correctly - I'm not sure it does in the example. 
My Team Calendars and My Calendars in the example are to be replaced by groups in client's organization. How are these client groups to be defined?
I'm putting this project out there to see who has confidence in this Telerik Scheduler control - and more importantly who has real experience too. The project functionality is supposedly "out of the box" but I'm not so sure. Please reply only if you are. Cost, time to complete and working examples will help me figure out what you got! Thanks for reading.
