I want to make a LOVE SUGGESTION full dynamic website.

It is purely a love suggestion website wherein somebody can post their love stories and questions either they are succeeding (or succeeded) or they are just fighting with the hurdles. I don't know what navigations I can put their, this depends on you guys that what you suggest me. Their will be registration option will be their wherein visitor can register themselves and read the stories available on the website. And to post the stories visitor have to register as well. Stories can be in word format or in pdf.

First of all, I want a homepage mockup and the previous portfolio in the same work from you guys. Please don't bid if you can't give homepage mockup, it will be good if you can show me flash work on homepage. This website is very important to me and I can pay upto $1000. I will provide the full content and other details to the selected provider. Selection will depend on your mockup design of homepage. Suggestions are always welcome. I want some flash work on homepage.
