I have several wordpress blogs/sites and a few minisites. I am looking for a Full Time web assistant to help me develop more and improve the ones I have. I also need help with some SEO, and backlink creations.

I wish to build some membership sites so being able to upload videos and design attractive backend layouts is also important. I sell ebooks and digital download products so you will need to know how to create password protected areas and do a little php modifications. (I have bought the software ... you need to install and tweak)

I will eventually like to create a joomla, drupal or similar CMS so if you have knowledge in this area that is a bonus.

I will be submitting many articles to directories etc. so your help in different facets of traffic generation would be a plus. I write a lot of my own articles but if you have the ability to write as well this will help your chances of getting the job.

Again I don't need any Real Heavy coding just a Good reliable worker who is Honest, Hard Working and Well versed in many different aspects of web development that can help me grow my business.

This is for 30 - 40 Hours Per week 4 weeks per month Full Time.
