This project will consist of building a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) from scratch. Additionally, the new CRM must be integrated with our current systems to ensure work flow continuity, data integrity, etc. The new CRM system must be similar to a professional CRM (ie. Goldmine, Act, etc.) and be able to do all of the following:

- Log History of calls and email sent in and sent out
- Store email templates that can then later be editable by any person with the clearance.
- Be able to show a order history with our current order system.
- Be able to add custom fields quickly and easily.


Knowledge in the following skills is a must to complete this project:
