Hi,

I am looking to add a carousel representation of my products at www.yourshoppingchoices.com. Most of my products currently are scooters but I will be adding more categories ASAP.

I'm hosted by justhost.com on apache servers. I have access to MySql, Perl, php, Ruby on Rails and I have a shell access account.

I would like to create a MySQL database to store all images, use PHP to interface with database. What do you recommend to load images from the database?
I have access to the following tools on the hosted site:
MySQL
PHP
Ruby on Rails
Perl

The only category I have right now is scooters: Gas, Electric & Kick scooters. I can add categories as I add products so I need you to comment your code so it is easy to edit and add code.

How many hours would it take and do you deliver all of the source code?
