Training Capital is looking to launch a fully functioning version of its website that enables Educational Service Providers to create accounts and upload their course offerings and schedules onto Training Capital’s platform, and allows prospective students to search for and locate these schedules and courses according to the criteria that is most important to them (price, location, timeframe…), and reserve their preferred schedules through Training Capital’s core system.

Training Capital is a broker of educational services and receives discounts from Educational Service Providers which, employing a dynamic flex pricing model, are passed back, in part, to registering students in the form of a reduction off of list price at the time of booking.  The specific discount allotted to students depends on the discount allotted to Training Capital by the Educational Service Provider, the number of students already registered for the scheduled course at the time of booking, and the overall capacity of the scheduled course.

A partially functioning site can be viewed at http://www.TrainingCapital.com and includes verbiage, reusable components, and site and business logic which may convey a better understanding of the business.

An understanding of iterative variable scope development (such as fixed-cost Agile) is a plus.
