Wanted a iphone app that displays user information on the iphone screen.  It should gather the user name, unique phone id, phone number, the address (user can enter it) the current location if the address is empty.  The user can either enter the address or pick a location on a map.  This information should be submitted when the user presses the submit button.  The submission is a json webservice post request call.
