Project Description:

creation of simple forms(around 15) which can saved into database and then ,I need to take print out of it.The application has to be developed using asp.net and Crystal reports.The fields in the form can be upto 50.

Please note that this is just a Demo project ,more projects will be awarded later. 


I require Small teams or Individuals who can work on various projects with me. I am in the process of taking on board talented Teams and Individuals(5-10).I am specific of individuals as "THERE WILL BE NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS".Also I would need to have update every day with the delivery of workable source code on daily basis.

Also please be ready with your previous works and some references also.
