I need a flash or flex video player. It will need to take in flash vars for an initial thumb, video url (http or rtmp), an ad image url, and an ad target url. Optionally it should be able to take in a single url to a xml file with this information. 

The player should resize to whatever size it is embedded at. 

The player must look presentable.
