This would have to be integrated into a design that we provide. Joomla would have to run with SEF urls and we would want to be able to publish featured properties on the front page along with a search box to enable searching of the properties in the database.

Ideally we would like to be able to use the XML feed to generate pages that are search engine friendly. So the postcodes of the property along with the area and bedrooms is listed in the URL.

Please only bid if you are comfortable in that you can deliver to the high quality. We basically want the candidate to work with us and be able to give us a solution that we are happy with. We are open to any additional ideas.
