This is a fairly straight forward project for the right expert with PHP, MYSQL, WordPress and Joomla experience.

Current WordPress plugin:

1. Lists all posts in site
2. Allows input of a new URL to be the resulting URL that the new redirected site will see as the referrer. In short PPC --> Post --> New URL. The referrer for the New URL site is the Post page, NOT the PPC URL.

This is to protect me from my partners knowing anything about where my traffic originates from.

I need three things to be done to the WordPress Plugin:

1. Examine code to make sure it is sound. It will often redirect and the encoding on the NEW URL page will render with ? in a black diamond.
2. when the site is updated or cache is redone, the plugin will loose some of its values. Need to be fixed. Or need notification via email is the plugin is ever down.
3. Ideally, it would be great to add in pixel tracking

I then need the same plugin to be converted into a Joomla plugin.

Lastly, I need a testing script to display how the plugin is redirecting, what the Partner site URL will see.
