Users Will Be Able To:
• Locate businesses with a variety search tools: 
Proximity, State, City, Zip Code, Category, Keyword, ProviderID
• Create an account to save favorite businesses,  create Request for Quotation/Estimate, review provider services and products,  receive notifications of New Providers within service Area, Receive Special Offers & Coupons from Providers within service area, Refer a Provider to non users via email

Providers Will Be able to:
• List a detailed explanation of services and/or product offering (complete with up to 3 photos)
Display contact and location information (Including email and web address)
• Receive Request for Quotation/estimate from users
• Send notifications and special offers to users 
• Receive Notification of new providers and relative suppliers within industry segment
• Participate in cross promotional opportunities and additional web marketing programs
• Receive Special Offers and Discounts from BBF partners and affiliates
• Discounted fees during annual BBF Business Expos
• Utilize BBF ID to capture exclusive exposure quickly 
• Refer other providers to the BBF network

Admin Will Be Able To:
• Add/edit/delete  providers
• Add/edit/delete categories ,service areas
• Add/edit/delete page templates (search page, provider detail page, static content page)
• Approve and Send Notifications and special offers
• Generate Reports
